Brave the Wilderness is a week-long, overnight retreat for teens hosted and put together by several parishes from the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. Held at Forest Glen in Huntsville, Texas, Brave gives teens an opportunity to meet members of other local parishes while building lasting relationships with them and with Christ. Camp activities include zipline, rockwall, swimming, competition games, nightly talks, prayer experiences, Adoration, daily Mass and so much more!
Brave is open to teens enrolled in 7th-12th grade for the 2023-2024 school year. Transportation, food & a t-shirt are provided .
Deadline to Register was April 1, 2024. $100 non-refundable deposit required upon registering.

AYC is a dynamic catechetical conference organized for all of the youth in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston! From Friday evening through Sunday afternoon, teens have the opportunity to celebrate their faith and learn more about what it means to be a Catholic teenager in today's world by worshipping together with thousands of teens from the Houston area. During the weekend, teens have the opportunity to hear Catholic speakers from around the country, dive deeper in workshops, enjoy live music, worship in the Mass with Cardinal DiNardo, and more! The conference takes place in Houston's Hilton Amercas hotel!
