St. Luke the Evangelist has a very strong and vibrant Filipino Community. We love to share our faith and culture with our parish family. For many years now we have been sharing some of our traditions with our parish such as Flores de Mayo, Simbang Gabi, and celebrating the Feast of San Lorenzo Ruiz of Manila.
We love sharing our traditions with others and enjoy being able to keep our culture alive and vibrant as we continue these traditions with our Filipino youth and community.
We invite you all, whether you are Filipino or not, to come and share in our culture and faith.
The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical choices over their lifetime by instilling in them the values of the Scout oath and laws.
We have a thriving charter of all ages of scouts here in the parish. They meet on Mondays in the social hall. The Boy Scouts is one of the largest values-based youth development organization in America. It provides character-building opportunities, develops fitness, trains the boys in the responsibilities of participating citizenship and more.
