Praying For Our Children Ministry
Intercessory prayer is something we could do for others specially with our children and youth. Motivated by the great love for our children and believing faithfully in the GREAT POWER OF PRAYER, the Praying for Our Children Ministry is dedicated to pray the Holy Rosary for our children and the children of the whole world.
The Ministry was founded by Maritza Monroe from St. Andrew Catholic Church in Coral Springs, Florida. Since 2006 the Ministry has grown with prayer groups organized in numerous Parishes in the United States, Spain, Perú and Dominican Republic. The mission of the ministry in St. Luke the Evangelist is to unite the community with parents, grandparents, godparents, uncles, siblings, that wish to pray for their children and youth in need.
The resources used to pray are the Holy Rosary Booklets in Spanish which include meditations and special intentions for the misfortunes and troubled stages that the children and youth from all over the world encounter throughout their lives. All of them have the Roman Catholic Church imprimatur. The Chaplet of the Divine Mercy booklets are also available in English and Spanish.

La oración de intercesión es algo que podemos hacer por los demás, especialmente con nuestros niños y jóvenes. Motivado por el gran amor por nuestros niños y creyendo fielmente en el GRAN PODER DE LA ORACIÓN, el Ministerio Orando por Nuestros Hijos se dedica a rezar el Santo Rosario por Nuestros Niños y los Niños del Mundo Entero.
El Ministerio fue fundado por Maritza Monroe de la Iglesia Católica St. Andrew en Coral Springs, Florida. Desde 2006 el Ministerio ha crecido con grupos de oración organizados en numerosas parroquias en los Estados Unidos, España, Perú y República Dominicana. La misión del ministerio aqui en San Lucas Evangelista es unir a la comunidad con padres, abuelos, padrinos, tíos, hermanos, que deseen orar por sus niños y jóvenes necesitados.
Los recursos que se utilizan para rezar son los Folletos del Santo Rosario en español que incluyen meditaciones e intenciones especiales por las desgracias y etapas convulsa que los niños y jóvenes de todo el mundo encuentran a lo largo de su vida. Todos ellos tienen el sello de la Iglesia Católica Romana. Los folletos de la Coronilla de la Divina Misericordia también están disponibles en inglés y español.
